Common questions
▾What happens when I hit my plan limit?
You get an in-app prompt with the exact metric you maxed (storage, attendees, emails) and a path to stack another code or contact us. Nothing breaks. Existing webinars keep running; you just cannot add more until you upgrade or receive an approved storage add-on.
▾Can I buy extra storage?
For launch, extra video storage is handled manually. Contact us if you need more video hours. Storage add-ons increase only the video-hour cap; they do not increase attendees, emails, host seats, API access, or active webinar limits.
▾Can I stack codes?
Yes. A direct T2 or T3 code unlocks that tier immediately. Base codes also stack: 2 total codes unlock T2, 4 total codes unlock T3. Maximum 5 codes per organization. Stack via /billing/redeem.
▾What is simulive? Is it really live?
Simulive means your pre-recorded video broadcasts at a scheduled time, so all attendees watch the same frame at the same second and can chat, vote on polls, and click CTAs in real time. It is not a live camera feed, and we do not pretend otherwise. That is the point: the video stays locked-in and reliable while the room around it stays live and interactive.
▾What’s the catch on a lifetime deal?
No catch. It is a founding-member launch. We trade lifetime pricing for our first wave of users and reviews, and codes are capped at 1,000. The limits are real and published per tier (attendees, active webinars, storage, emails). We never sell "unlimited."
